This Privacy Policy explains what information Stat Strike (operated by IntelliRise, "we", "us") collects when you use the Stat Strike website and applications (the "Service"), how we use and retain it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in we receive your email address and a login identifier from our identity provider, and we store the display name you choose.
League data. When you connect a fantasy league from a third-party platform (for example, Sleeper), we read and store that league's settings, rosters, matchups, transactions, standings, and related information, along with your account identifier on that platform, so the Service can work with your league.
Interaction records. We record how you use the Service: the questions and prompts you submit, the answers and recommendations the Service produces, the database queries the Service runs to answer you, the pages you view, and the actions you take, together with timestamps.
Membership and billing. When you purchase a membership, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We store your membership plan, price, status, renewal dates, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and we receive billing event notifications from Stripe.
Technical information. We collect device and browser type, network address, approximate location derived from it, and diagnostic logs needed to run and secure the Service.
Cookies. We use cookies for sign-in sessions and security (for example, preventing forged requests). We do not use advertising cookies.
2. Product activity records
We record page views and interactions with buttons, links, tabs, toggles, and submitted forms by signed-in members. These records include the page, device class, selected colour mode, relevant league, team, and product entity IDs, plus a random question reference when a page is opened from the prompt bar. We do not record text typed into forms, including prompts, passwords, email addresses, or other personal information. We retain these activity records indefinitely to improve the product and analyse aggregate fantasy strategy and how members interact with Stat Strike.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, support, and bill the Service, to connect and refresh your leagues, to answer your questions and personalize the Service for you, to measure and improve accuracy and performance, to train, evaluate, and improve our analyst systems, prompts, and workflows, to communicate with you about your account, renewals, and material changes, and to comply with law.
We use analyst systems operated by cloud providers to generate analysis. Prompts and the data needed to answer them are sent to those providers to produce a response. We do not permit them to use your data to train their own systems.
4. How long we keep information
We keep interaction records, usage records, and de-identified data for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, which may be indefinitely. Canceling a membership does not delete your information.
If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal identifiers: your name, email address, login identifier, league-platform account identifiers, and payment identifiers, and we disconnect your leagues and delete stored league data tied to your account. Interaction and usage records are retained in de-identified form under a random identifier that is not linked to you anywhere, and contact details that appear inside prompts are removed. Records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes are kept for the period the law requires.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service and that are bound to use it solely for that purpose: our cloud infrastructure and identity provider (Amazon Web Services), our analysis provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and the fantasy league platforms you choose to connect. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
6. Your choices and rights
Access and export. You can export the information associated with your account, including your prompts, responses, and activity, from your account page.
Delete. You can delete your account from your account page. Section 4 describes what deletion does.
Billing. You can manage or cancel your membership from your account page through Stripe's billing portal.
Communications. Account, billing, and legal notices are part of the Service and cannot be opted out of while you have an account. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise a right, use your account page or contact us at the address below. We will verify requests using your account login.
7. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging, and we limit access to those who need it to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the updated policy with a new effective date and notify you in the Service or by email before it takes effect.
